Apple Sherrill Orchards:
juices (including apple, pomegranate, apple/pomegranate, apple/peach, orange, and carrot). Some of the juices are also available unpasteurized.
Berumen:
strawberries, tomatoes, melons, vegetables (including celery, asparagus, and artichokes), and herbs.
Energy Bee:
honey and other bee products (such as honey sticks, pollen, propolis, and royal jelly).
Evergreen:
annual and perennial nursery stock (including roses and some vegetable and herb plants) from 4" to 5 gallons.
Gallardo:
avocados, persimmons, and dragon fruit.
Gama:
white and brown eggs, potatoes (red rose, white rose, Yukon Gold, purple, and russet), carrots, onions, tomatoes, oranges, cherries, garlic, melons, grapes, bell peppers, cactus leaf (nopales), and fava beans.
Gaytan:
strawberries, asparagus, artichokes, basil, green beans, bell and fresno peppers, broccoli, cabbages (including Brussels sprouts), cantaloupes, carrots, celery, cilantro, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, green onions, parsley, and radishes.
KFS:
bean/grain/grass/pea sprouts, spreads, and wheatgrass juice.
Lin:
live orchids, Pachira (Money Tree), and bonsai.
MB:
all year - raisins and other dried fruits, shelled nuts, and trailmix;
seasonally - apricots, cherries, nectarines, peaches, Asian pears, figs, plums, grapes, pomegranates, and persimmons.
Van Foeken:
apricots, plumcots, cherries, nectarines, peaches, plums, figs, pears (including Asian), citrus (including Valencia and navel oranges, mandarins, grapefruit, lemons, limes, tangerines, and tangelos), apples, pomegranates, and persimmons.
ZRanch:
asparagus, artichokes, corn, melons, green beans, carrots, radishes (including daikon), onions, cilantro, Indian eggplant, and squash.

Navarro (Apr-May):

Rivas (May-Nov):

Tenerelli (Jul-Nov):
cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, plums, pluots, apples, figs, and pears (including Asian).



Food Vendors - Year-round:
Bertha's Famous Tamales:
tamales (several types, including vegetarian), tacos, tostadas, and some drinks.
Hula Pop:
kettlecorn (some sweetened and some flavored with cheeses and peppers).
Nolin Roasted Corn:
roasted corn (buttered and skewered, condiments available), and esquite (cooked corn with pico de gallo sauce, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese). Also available for parties and fairs.
Peanut Dudes:
salted/sweetened roasted peanuts (shelled and unshelled), flavored pistachios, almonds, cashews, pepitas, mixed nuts, and peanut/almond brittle. Also roasted-on-site fresh peanuts.
