Mabel's Pralines:
pralines (a Southern pecan candy concoction), and pies (sweet potato and pecan) in two sizes.
They also cater special events, weddings, parties, and fundraisers.
Me Gusta Tamales:
tamales (beef, chicken, pork, Anaheim chile/cheese, sweet corn, pineapple, and vegetarian). Served hot with your choice of sauce, also available frozen. Also esquite (cooked corn with pico de gallo sauce, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese), and fresh lemonade.
MMMM Kettlecorn:
kettlecorn (regular, caramel, and cheese).
Mom's Specialty Foods:
pita bread (whole wheat and white), pita chips (lemon spices and garlic), hummus (original, artichoke, avocado/cilantro, garlic, garlic/chives, red pepper, basil tomato, kalamata olives, cilantro jalapeño, Baba Ghanouj), salads (tabouleh, artichoke, couscous), tzatziki sauce, tapanade (red pepper with walnuts and pomegranate), and kalamata olives.
Old Town Baking Company:
baked goods (including cookies, pastries, and pies), specializing in Italian breads (such as hearth-focused focaccia).
Peanut Dudes:
salted/sweetened roasted peanuts (shelled and unshelled), flavored pistachios, almonds, cashews, pepitas, mixed nuts, peanut/almond brittle, roasted-on-site fresh peanuts, and granola.
QT's Smokehouse BBQ:
barbequed beef brisket, pork spare ribs, chicken, turkey leg and sausage. Available whole, or as dinners with potato salad, baked beans and a roll, or as sandwiches. Also some sodas.
QT's Smokehouse BBQ also cater special events.
Shaklee:
all-purpose cleaner.
